Welcome to zs999c (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). zs999c is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform operated under an internationally recognised licence. The Platform is designed primarily for use by Pakistani-resident users, although access is governed by applicable law in each user's jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and zs999c. They govern all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawals and use of any promotional features.

zs999c does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence. We make no claim of endorsement by, or authorisation from, the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may restrict or prohibit online gambling for residents of Pakistan. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on zs999c, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction if applicable in your territory.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited).
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of zs999c or its related entities, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a prohibited act and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

zs999c operates a comprehensive KYC verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid government-issued ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and evidence of funding source — at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. zs999c will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately via the Help Centre Live Chat.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. zs999c reserves the right to return deposits and request the use of an alternative verified method where a third-party source is identified.

Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform as contextual examples only. These providers do not endorse, support or partner with zs999c. Their actual availability for gaming transactions depends entirely on their own policies and prevailing regulations at the time of the transaction. Always refer to the Cashier section for currently active and verified deposit and withdrawal options.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published in the Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of full KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to verification completion may be delayed pending document review.
• Processing times vary by method, operator review schedule and banking procedures. No specific processing speed is guaranteed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a method held in the same name as the registered account.
• zs999c reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules as published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

zs999c offers sports betting markets across cricket (including Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC, virtual sports and other categories, along with a live casino lobby. Market availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed for any specific event or fixture.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. zs999c does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed, except where the Platform has made a clear and demonstrable error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game data, zs999c reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. It is the User's responsibility to confirm the final accepted odds before a bet is confirmed.
• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or combination bet may apply. These are published within the relevant betting section.

zs999c has no official partnerships, affiliations or endorsement arrangements with the Pakistan Cricket Board, Pakistan Super League, International Cricket Council or any cricket team, football club or sporting body. References to these organisations and competitions are for sports context only.

zs999c offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which must be read carefully before opting in.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide include:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from Real Money Funds and carry wagering requirements before they — and any associated winnings — can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages and time limits vary by promotion. These are clearly stated on the individual promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual User, household or IP address.
• Real Money Funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the operator's wagering engine specifies otherwise.
• zs999c reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to circumvent, abuse or exploit promotional terms — including through the use of duplicate accounts, third-party funding or coordinated betting strategies — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of any associated winnings and possible permanent account closure.

zs999c is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment only and must never be used as a financial strategy or a method of recovering previous losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Temporary exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum required age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or any activity that may constitute a financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using automated betting systems, bots or scripts to place wagers without human interaction.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches rather than reporting them to the support team.
• Charging back deposits or otherwise reversing payments after engaging in wagering activity.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and software, is the intellectual property of zs999c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from zs999c.

The zs999c brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999c, its officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted connectivity during a live betting or gaming session.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics or match data.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any decision by a User to gamble based on Platform content, promotions or communications.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Your use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data. zs999c collects, stores and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain certain rights over your personal data, including rights of access, correction and erasure, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require retention of specific data categories.

zs999c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via a Platform notification. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the Help Centre.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision of your local law requires otherwise.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, wager or account decision, you must first raise the matter with the zs999c customer support team through the Help Centre. zs999c will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair and timely manner. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the operator's licensing authority.

zs999c does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not operate under Pakistani jurisdiction. Attempting to bring claims under Pakistani gambling law against zs999c in respect of lawful operator conduct is not applicable.
